The studio

NÓ LÉR is a quiet studio designed for focused, long-term physical practice.

This is not a space for rushing or performing.
It is a space to return to — again and again — and allow movement to unfold with time.

Here, practice is built through consistency, care and presence.
Through listening to the body, refining perception and developing strength without pressure.

The space

The studio is open, calm and intentionally simple.
Light, mirrors and floor are treated as tools — supporting awareness, clarity and alignment.

The atmosphere is quiet and focused, leaving room for concentration and sensitivity.
Small groups and continuity allow the body to be seen, understood and supported over time.

This is a place where practice is not consumed, but lived.
Where movement becomes familiar.
Where attention deepens.

Founder — Só Lér

Valéria (Só Lér) is the founder of NÓ LÉR and a pole dancer and instructor with over 12 years of experience in pole dance and embodied movement practice.

Originally from Ukraine, her professional path has been shaped through long-term dedication to physical practice, teaching and continuous movement research. Her work developed over many years, across different contexts and stages of growth, forming a grounded and mature approach to the body in motion. She is currently based in Europe, where she teaches pole dance and pole heels.

Valéria is a certified instructor of the Ukrainian Pole Sport Federation and has participated in festivals, workshops and championships. While these experiences inform her work, what truly defines her practice is not titles or formats, but depth of attention, technical clarity and sensitivity to how the body learns and evolves over time.

Her movement language is characterised by clean lines, precision and a refined sense of weight and control — where strength and softness coexist, and complex material appears calm and intentional. Technique, for her, is not an end point, but a tool for expression, presence and confidence.

As a teacher, Valeriia creates space for long-term development rather than quick results. Her work is attentive, structured and adaptive, supporting each practitioner in building a personal relationship with movement — through consistency, care and trust in the process.

NÓ LÉR is a natural extension of this approach.
A studio shaped by experience, aesthetic sensitivity and a clear vision of practice — for those who seek depth, continuity and meaningful work with the body.
