Program
The program at NÓ LÉR is structured around regular group practice,
ongoing formats and focused work with the body.
Classes are designed to support continuity, technical development
and individual progress over time.
Pole Technique — Beginners
Strength-based pole practice focused on foundational technique, coordination and body awareness.
The work develops progressively and safely, respecting individual pace and building a solid physical base.
This class supports confidence, clarity of movement and a stable relationship with the pole.
Pole Technique — beginners is not about rushing or performing.
It is about learning well — with presence, attention and time.
Pole Technique — Intermediate
Progressive pole practice focused on technical development, strength and movement precision.
This class builds on previously acquired fundamentals, exploring more complex transitions and combinations on the pole. The work supports control, coordination and clarity of movement, allowing the body to gain stability and confidence over time.
Pole technique — intermediate is designed for students with prior pole experience and a solid understanding of basic technique.
It emphasizes consistency, precision and conscious progress.
Pole Flow
A flow-based pole practice focused on fluidity and the connection between body and pole.
The class explores smooth transitions, continuity, musicality and presence through a more organic, dance-oriented approach. There is not always a fixed choreography — the focus is on movement quality, spatial awareness and how the body travels through space.
Pole Flow is suitable for students with some previous pole experience.
It is not about perfect execution, but about slowing down, listening and allowing movement to breathe.
Heels Choreography
A choreography-based pole practice focused on expression, musicality and presence.
The class works with choreographic sequences that connect technique, flow and attitude, exploring movement on the pole and on the floor. The focus is not only on learning steps, but on how the body inhabits space, interprets music and builds narrative through movement.
Heels Choreography is suitable for students with some previous pole experience who feel comfortable dancing in heels. It emphasizes attitude, interpretation and presence — not perfection.
Heels Virgins
An introductory heels-based pole practice for those taking their first steps in this format.
The class explores fundamentals such as balance, posture, walking, weight transfer and simple transitions, approached with time and care. The focus is not performance, but helping the body adapt to heels and building confidence in movement.
Heels Virgins is suitable for students with no previous heels experience or for those returning gently to this format.
It is about sensing, adapting and developing confidence — step by step.
1:1 Session
Individual one-to-one sessions designed for focused, personal work with the body.
This format allows space for technical refinement, strength development, recovery support or creative exploration, depending on individual needs and questions. Sessions are shaped around personal pace, physical condition and areas of interest.
1:1 sessions are suitable for those who seek individual attention, continuity and a more tailored approach to practice.
Access is managed by request.
Open Space
Shared studio time for independent, self-directed practice.
Open Space is designed for focused work without instruction, allowing space for exploration, repetition and integration of movement. This format supports continuity of practice and respectful shared use of the studio.
Open Space is suitable for practitioners who are comfortable working independently.
