Booking, Attendance & Responsibility Policy
Booking & cancellation
All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the class start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the class credit, with no rescheduling or refund.
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled by the studio. In such cases, the credit will be returned or the class rescheduled.
NOLER ESTÚDIO reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or class format when necessary.
Payments & refunds
All payments are non-refundable.
Refunds or credits may be considered only in exceptional cases, at the discretion of the studio.
In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 84/2021 (Articles 34–38), refunds apply exclusively in cases of non-provision of service or lack of conformity.
Non-attendance or non-use of classes for personal reasons does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Fees cover regular classes only. Workshops, special classes, or additional activities may be charged separately.
Plan validity
All class passes and plans are valid for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
Credits must be used within the validity period.
Unused credits expire automatically after this period and cannot be recovered.
Please plan your schedule accordingly.
Attendance, health & responsibility

The student is responsible for informing the instructor, prior to the class, of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, physical limitations, or other relevant circumstances.

The student accepts personal responsibility for their participation, physical condition, and for following the instructor’s guidance.
NOLER ESTÚDIO is committed to providing a safe and attentive training environment; however, it cannot be held responsible for injuries occurring outside of the studio’s direct responsibility.
Punctuality
For safety reasons, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in refusal of entry to the class, without compensation or credit replacement.
Personal belongings
NOLER ESTÚDIO is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left on the premises.
Image & audiovisual content
Photographs or video recordings may be taken during classes or studio activities for communication and promotional purposes of NOLER ESTÚDIO.
Students may inform the studio in advance if they do not wish to be included in photos or videos.
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, including technical failures, structural issues, legal restrictions, or circumstances beyond the studio’s control, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled without additional liability for NOLER ESTÚDIO.
Conduct & Safety
NOLER ESTÚDIO reserves the right to refuse or interrupt participation of any student whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to the class environment.
Acceptance
By booking, making payments, and attending classes, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
